Jeff is a registered psychotherapist who has been practicing for over 15 years. He specializes in Men's mental health, offering evidence-based treatment using a strength-based approach. He has over a dozen publications in peer-reviewed journals and academic presentations, as well as presented at several international conferences. He offers both in-person and virtual services.
More importantly, he is a husband and father of two precocious younglings (8 year-old girl & a 4 year-old boy), who keep him young (but sometimes make him feel old). He enjoys the outdoors, home renovations, woodworking, and other DIY projects. He would rather spend $100 on materials and take several hours on something that he could have bought at a store for $20

Lisa Gagnon has over 25 years’ experience working with people of all ages within multiple settings to help them with their mental health concerns. Lisa believes that when we experience significant life stressors, it is common to feel fragmented. She is passionate about respecting the natural dignity and value of each person she meets, while being mindful of the differences they bring. Her priority is to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She believes that when given the space for healing and growth, everyone can achieve their potential.
In life, Lisa’s family has provided with her with one of the most precious gifts of all –lifelong learning. The shared experiences with her children continue to humble her and fill her with joy. In her free time, Lisa enjoys being close to water and nature and learning about different cultures and human experiences. She enjoys creating things, gardening, music and can always be convinced to take a trip up North, back to her roots!
